Stylish trendy boutique hotel with a nice design. Nicely furnished rooms with minibar and safe, perfect and magnificent location. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Very lovely building in the middle of Annecy. Also - close enough to the lake and wonderful restaurants, a parade of delivery trucks making deliveries to the neighboring businesses and Christmas markets. Great customer service.

I had nicely furnished, air-conditioned room with a clean bathroom. The views of the lake were nice. The hotel was placed in the very central location in the center of the Old Annecy.

Satisfactory continental breakfast — amazing selection. A decent size and luxurious room with a particularly nice view of the lake from the window. Absolutely perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars...

Not very friendly staff!

The hotel was well appointed and pretty standard, I thoroughly enjoyed its affable staff. The room was well furnished and air-conditioned and had a pleasant view of town. The breakfast had a lot of options and included coffee, fresh bread and pastries.

Great location close to the lake and shops. Friendly staff. Rooms of decent size with a small balcony facing the street. No issues with noise.

Rooms are a bit pricey. Separate toilet cramped and feels like a closet.

The proximity to the old town and the lake would be great. Underground parking spaces are available. In the alleys off the beaten track there are very good and cosy restaurants and cafés.

Beautiful rooms, good facilities and very good location near the center, and yet it was quiet at night.

This hotel is conveniently located near the cinema, railway station, and lake. All main attractions are easy to walk to from this spot. The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchenette. The service provided is impeccable, and the staff is multilingual. the breakfast spread is extensive, with many options to choose from.

The view from the hotel room isn't impressive.

Just returned from a delightful stay at Hotel Le Pre Carre. The rooms were lovely, with a great bathroom and comfortable bed. The location was perfect, not too crowded but right next to the old town. The hotel was also very quiet, even though it was fully booked. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit easy and enjoyable. an exceptional property with a perfect location and stylish rooms.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
